During this 4 days Trek, you will be exploring the high Atlas Mountains on foot. A walk amid green vegetation of juniper and pine trees is a great way to refresh your mind and body.

Itinerary

You will be picked up from your hotel in Marrakech at around 8,00am. Accompanied by an English- speaking guide drive south up over gorges and high passes of the upper valleys to the Berber town of Imlil (1740m). From Imlil (1740m) we walk to Tacheddirt (2300m) via Tizi 'n Tamatert (2279m) pass. We spend the night in a local berber house. Approx. 4 hours walking.

Today we walk from Tacheddirt to Imsker (1300m) down the Imnane valley crossing the following Berber villages: Ounskra, Tamguiste ,Ikkis, Amssakrou and Arg. We spend the night in a local gite in Imsker village. Approx. 5 hours walking.

Imsker (1300m) to Tiziane village (1700m) via Tizi 'n Lbour (1500m) pass, down to Imi oughlad village; from where you will take a trail uphill to Tizi 'n Tacht pass (2000m), and down to Azzaden valley. You spend the night in Tiziane in a local berber house. Approx. 6 hours walking.

Today , walk from Tiziane village via a dirt road to Tizi Oussem village(1850m) from where you will follow a trail uphill to Tizi Mzik Pass that will gives you nice views over Imlil valley. walk down to Imlil where you will have lunch at a guesthouse before transfer back to Marrakech. 5 to 6h walk. 1h30 drive to Marrakech. Approx. 4 hours walking.
