El Trek Circuito Toubkal consiste en 6 días de senderismo en las montañas del Atlas, combinando panoramas hermosos con el tiempo para explorar los pueblos bereberes y la cultura. Desde el primer día de trekking estarás inmerso en la vida cotidiana bereber viendo a los lugareños que trabajan en sus terrazas y cuidando a sus animales. Este itinerario implica comienzos tempranos y días de trekking vigorosos, moviéndose del campo al campo cada día pero usted será recompensado con muchas oportunidades de la foto fina, en particular en la cumbre de Jebel Toubkal 4167m. After your transfer from Marrakech to Imlil (1,780m), you will set off an a 6 hour trek out of the Imlil Valley and into the Azzadene Valley. Along the way you will pass Tizi N'Mzik at 2,450m, the refuge at Azib n'Tansoult and the Ighouliden waterfalls. Overnight in the Lipeney mountain refuge at 3,000m ( or before at Azib n Tamsoult).
Today involves a fairly stiff climb out of the Azzadene Valley to the Toubkal Refuge over the Aguelzim Mountain pass at 3,560m. Lunch will be taken with spectacular views over the Atlas Mountain Range. Overnight in the Toubkal Refuge (Niltner Hut) where you'll likely be sharing a bunk room with other trekkers tackling Toubkal early the next morning
Up early for the climb up Toubkal (4,167m) from where, clouds allowing, you'll have wonderful views over the Atlas Range and the Sahara Desert then a long way back down past the refuge and the well-worn path back to Imlil. This is a fairly long day with 8-9 hours of trekking, involving 900m up then almost 2,500m back down to Imlil! You will normally be dropped off at around 5.00pm in Marrakech.
Breakfast at 07:00 in the morning, we leave in 4x4 towards the High Atlas ascending by the port of Tizi n Tichka of 2260m of altitude until the collado and later to go down by a magnificent valley full of almendreros and fig trees. We arrive at the city of Ait Benhaddou, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. We visited the Kasbahs of Ait Benhaddou. We continue our route until Ouarzazate where they will have lunch. We continue to Dades through the Valley of the Roses where you can admire its fabulous gorges. Dinner and overnight in Dades.
Breakfast at the Kasbah and departure for Merzouga. Continue through the Palmeral de Tinerhir to the gorges of Toudra where they will stop to make a small visit. Free lunch on the way. We continue our route towards Erfoud passing by the palm grove of Tinjdad and the one of Touroug. In Erfoud, we visit the famous fossil quarry of more than 360 years old. Finally, we arrive at Merzouga, where we will take a track that will take us to the desert gates. There, our camels will take you to the heart of the Sahara desert (dunes of Erg Chebbi). Already, in the desert, climb to the dunes or just wait at dusk. Dinner under the light of the stars and the moon show music and dance of the hands of the men who live in the desert and lodging in typical Berber tent in the camp of haimas.
Magnificent occasion to contemplate the beautiful spectacle of the sunrise on a sea of dunes. Breakfast in the desert and departure to Marrakech. During the journey we have small stops to have tea or take some photos. We will pass by Rissani, holy city, where are the ruins of an important city called Sijilmassa that was famous for its dates, its roses and the fruit trees.
